The FCT Team's experience spans: military, law enforcement, first-responder and private training.  All instructors take a "People first, safety paramount" approach.  In other words, no one is there to try and show off their skills or recite their resume.  The focus is on student learning with the goal with classes being a safe, comfortable and valuable experience.
